Can You Continue a Run After Delerium
No, the Void is an end level.
If you don't have a strong build it's probably better to skip the void for now. IF you do have a really good build its probably best to skip sheol and get the void win since unless you beat hush void portal spawns are up to rng.
Also depends on unlock vs unlock.
Only "easy" way at this time to defeat Delirium is to use Lazarus (without dying once) or have another character get Lazarus' Rags without dying yet and then use Plan C. As your character will resurrect in the same room, you will get a confirmed Delirium kill. However, even when using other characters with Lazarus Rags, the completion marks will only go towards Lazarus.

But if you play as another character and carry Lazarus' Rags doesn't it transform you to Lazarus upon revive?

I'm not following...?
Maybe you should try to read then, and think just for a second.
"Marks will only go towards Lazarus" because you, indeed, become Lazarus no matter which character you were thanks to Laz's Rags.
You're basically asking a question after its answer was posted, because you didn't care about reading.
Congratulations.

Prick much? First of all, don't assume things. I'm not some lazy kid who's using a PC just to skip the reading part/s and go down with the question/s. I didn't understand - I asked a question. You could politely answer back or ignore my question.

The question was already answered, By the post you replied to, It said at the end

That's exactly my point. Yet, he didn't understand. But he fully read my post (because he's not some lazy kid). :P
Reading is good. Understanding the words is better. But being a prick is the best! Yay! :D

Now, you're trying to make me look like an idiot. Good job! *facepalm hard*

But... You quoted the answer to your question... And you facepalm?
...
Now that's hilarious. Thanks a lot, haha! x)
Just in case it wasn't obvious enough: hate me all you want, I really don't care. I have too much fun to care about that. :P
